God Bless Us, Everyone!

So much to say, not much time to say it, but first and foremost, Feliz Navidad y Dios nos bendiga a todos!

This week was kind of crazy and different, but also such a blast. We were able to have some awesome lessons, including a couple with our friend Marisol, where we taught her about God's plan of salvation and the gospel of Jesus Christ. We really emphasized the spirit and how God truly has been leading her. More and more, she's been finding those answers she's been looking for. At the end of the second lesson, we prayed with her so she could know if she needed to be baptized. As we did, the spirit was so strong, and she began to cry. She told us she knew she needed to be baptized and wanted to, but wasn't sure if she was ready. We invited her to pray to know if she was, and she promised she would and would act on the answer she received. Please keep her in your prayers that she can recognize that answer when it comes.

Secondly, we were able to teach our friend Stephanie as well and help her get ready for baptism. It's been difficult meeting with her, but we had a great lesson with one of the recent converts in the ward named Jason. He bore an awesome testimony on baptism and really resolved a lot of Stephanie's doubts. Prayers for her as well that she can be ready here soon and continue to overcome any doubts she has.

I've loved being a missionary during this Christmas season; having such an emphasis on Jesus Christ, His birth, His life, and His gospel has truly brought so much joy. Christmas is a special time to remember Christ's birth, but it's important to remember why He was born and how that blesses us every single day.

I want to end with a brief testimony that I know we're able to reach our full potential through Christ and His atonement. I know that He is our Savior, that He lives, and that the Bible and the Book of Mormon truly testify of Him and His gospel. I know this is God's work, and He continually guides us. I share this in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Love y’all so much. Thanks for all your love, support, and prayers. It truly is one of the greatest gifts I've received. Merry Christmas to all of you!
