I Want More, But I Know I Shouldn't

Hard to have such an amazing General Conference and not want more. The incredible spirit that was felt during that Conference, as we heard the Lord's prophet, apostles, and other servants speak, provides the peace, love, and guidance of Jesus Christ in our lives.

Hope you all had an awesome week and enjoyed General Conference as well. This week was both long and short. We started off by inviting our friend Kevin to accept a date to be baptized on the 23rd! We also asked his sister Suledy if she would be baptized, and she said yes as well. We haven't set a date with her yet, but hopefully, she can be baptized with her brother.

We've been able to continue teaching our friend Fernando, who truly wants to change his life. We called in Bishop Lopez from our ward, who bore a strong testimony of the true change that comes through Jesus Christ, His gospel, and His restored church. It's been amazing to see Fernando's desire to follow Christ and to feel the Spirit helping us help him.

Elder Tanner and I also stopped by to visit someone previously taught named Felicia, who I've stopped by before. This time, when we talked to her, she quickly welcomed us in and eagerly listened to our message. As we shared about the Restoration of the gospel, she opened up about herself, her life, and her family. She told us that she is looking for more and wants to grow closer to Jesus. We were able to promise her blessings in her life and for her family. The Spirit was so strong, and I'm continually reminded of the importance of the Restoration of His gospel and His church.

I'm not great at long, detailed emails, so I'll bring this to an end by inviting you to focus on Jesus and the joy of His saving Atonement in your life, especially leading up to Easter.

Love y'all, have an excellent week!
