All Protein Diet But Also Doing Carbs

First things first, if you don't get the title, that means I eat everything. All kinds of food. This week we had a zone meeting and each person/companionship brought their favorite type of cereal. Overall, there were 16 types of cereal, and I felt like I should try them all, so I had 16 full bowls of cereal. Definitely felt a bit wider after that, but it was worth it. Also, horchata goes really well with Cocoa Pebbles and Cocoa Puffs.

We also had stake conference this week and it was so cool. I actually think I prefer it in Spanish. Now, before you call me crazy, I didn't say I understood it better in Spanish, because I definitely didn't. But I really liked thinking and taking notes in Spanish, as well as thinking about what was said more intently so that I could understand better. Overall, a good experience.

Our friend Eduardo is doing so well and should be able to be baptized at the end of this month. He's going through a rough spot right now as he lost his job, but Elder Preece and I felt prompted to promise him that if he kept reading the Book of Mormon, kept praying, and kept attending church, he would find a job. Please pray that he can keep doing those things and find a job, also that he can be baptized at the end of this month.

Also, please pray for Gabby and Andres. They're both progressing pretty well too, but it's been tough teaching them around Andres' work schedule. I know that with faith and the desire, they can and will be baptized at the end of this month as well.

Not much more time, but I hope y'all know how much I love all the support and especially the emails y'all send. Sorry I can't respond individually today, but know I read them. People who email me individually are my personal heroes. (People who send paper letters are legends, but emails are super cool as well).

Never underestimate the power of prayer and the Spirit. It works miracles, and they're more common than you think. (I'll try and write more about that next week).

Until next week,
-Elder Teeples

Last week's email: "You finally had the noodle dream!"
Movie: Kung Fu Panda
-Po dreams about Kung Fu but lies and tells his dad it was about noodles. His dad then gets excited and says last week's title.
